Patricia Dias Da Graça is leading the Virtual Campus which offers online in-service training for professionals from education ministries, universities, and other public bodies.

Patricia is also in charge of research, teaching and technical assistance activities focused on EMIS, indicators, projections and simulation models.

Prior to joining IIEP in 1992, Patricia was responsible for the ILO/ UNFPA Population and Human Resources Unit in Cape Verde. She has also held posts as Researcher at the Institut national de la santé et de la recherche médicale (INSERM) in Paris, and as Professor of Demography at the Paris-Nanterre University. She has, since then, co-operated with teams in several African, Asian and Latin American & Caribbean countries.
