IIEP-UNESCO is looking forward to taking part in the 62nd annual Comparative and International Education Society (CIES) conference in Mexico City, Mexico from 25-29 March 2018. Bringing together researchers, students, practitioners, and policy-makers, this year’s theme is ‘Re-mapping Global Education: South-North Dialogue.’
The aim of this year’s theme is to leverage new voices from around the world and “to focus the conversation on theories and methodologies produced in the global South” to “re-envision possibilities for cooperation and mutual support in advancing education research and practice.”
A delegation of IIEP experts in educational planning and management will be present at CIES. They will be participating in two pre-conference workshops and nine panels. We look forward to seeing everyone in Mexico City and make sure to follow us on Twitter for updates from the event at @IIEP_UNESCO.
