Oswald Koussihouèdé is an education policy analyst at IIEP-UNESCO Dakar since January 2017. As such, he contributes to the training programme on analyzing and managing education systems (Politiques Sectorielles et Gestion des Systèmes Educatifs). He also participates in education sector analysis in support for countries and especially to the cost-effectiveness analysis of pre-primary schools.
Prior to joining IIEP, he worked for two years as a Consultant at the World Bank regional office in Dakar and subsequently at the Programme for the analysis of education systems of CONFEMEN (French acronym PASEC) as Technical advisor and later as the Head of the division in charge of data management and analysis.
