Laura Paviot is a Learning Support Specialist in the Training and Education Programme Team. She is in charge of managing and monitoring the overall organisation and delivery of the Education Sector Plan (ESP) courses including the preparation and design of other customised training activities.

She also teaches in the Advanced Training Program (ATP) and supports online training programmes in educational planning, gender equality, and comprehensive HIV and sexuality education for Member States and development partners. Laura joined IIEP in 2017 after several years working in the area of research, training, and development providing technical support to the implementation of a regional study of the quality of education for 15 sub-Saharan African countries.
