The application process for the participation of African English-speaking countries for the fourth session in Sectoral Analysis and Management of the Education System (SAMES) is now open.
Co-organized by the Pôle de Dakar (IIEP-UNESCO), the University Cheikh Anta Diop and the University of the Gambia (UTG), the training programme aims to share the analysis methods developed by IIEP Pôle de Dakar with African officials responsible for the management, financing and evaluation of education systems.
Launched in September 2007, this programme has so far welcomed over 270 people from 20 Sub-Saharan African countries.
The training program, organized over a period of 14 months (May 2016 to June 2017), is mainly provided through distance learning classes, and is tailored for individuals who are actively employed.
