The webinar will provide an overview of the methodology and share experiences on the process of building a NEA. The project aims to produce the data needed to track the flows of education financing and target resources where they are needed most. Some benefits of implementing NEA at country level include generating data to inform policy making processes, reporting and accountability.

Jean Claude Ndabananiye, Education Policy Analyst at UNESCO-IIEP Pôle de Dakar in Senegal will be the facilitator for the webinar. It will be held between 8:00am and 9:30am (EST) on 1 September 2016.

Several presenters from the countries where NEA was implemented will share their experiences. These countries are Uganda, Senegal, Guinea, Zimbabwe, Cote d’Ivoire, Nepal, Lao PDR, and Viet Nam.
