Estelle Zadra is leading the Information Services Unit at IIEP. She is a communications professional with extensive experience in public information, production of online content, media relations and social media. Since 2005, she is leading the elaboration of communications strategies and policies to seize opportunities and enhance IIEP’s visibility.

She is also designing the IIEP publication policy so as to disseminate expert knowledge and valued policy standard. She strongly believes that a communication strategy cannot be conducted without thoroughly examining the value systems of target audiences over the areas of intervention of the UN system. Since 2002, she serves as the Secretary of the IIEP Governing Board. 

She is involved in several IIEP’s training activities and she teaches postgraduate courses on communication for development, media relations, globalisation and international aid architecture.

Estelle Zadra has been at IIEP since 1997 where she initially assisted the Head of Technical Assistance Unit in managing projects. She then joined the Publications Unit as French Editor before being nominated Executive Officer in the Director’s office in 2002. 


Degree in political science (Science Po, Bordeaux) and a Master's degree in international administration (Université Panthéon-Assas, Paris II).
