South Africa, R. Zurba

IIEP has always been particularly active in the African region. Providing the tools to improve planning, policy analysis and management processes in Africa is a central focus of IIEP’s activities.

Half of the trainees in IIEP’s annual Paris-based course are from African countries, and many more attend courses organized in their home countries. IIEP strives to respond to needs identified by UNESCO Member States, and to work in co-operation with national teams.
