Launch of the Guidebook for Planning Education in Emergencies and Reconstruction

A new revised and interactive version

On 5th November 2010, the Inter-Agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) and UNESCO held a full-day event on education in emergencies at UNESCO headquarters. IIEP took this opportunity to present its latest publication on the issue: the 2010 revised version of the Guidebook for planning Education in Emergencies and Reconstruction

 

Published initially in 2006, the 2010 revised version includes new chapters on Prevention of conflict and preparedness for disaster and Technology. Other chapters have also been updated to reflect new developments and literature.

1-    The print version of the Guidebook consists of fives volumes and an interactive CD-ROM in a box set
