The objective of this study is to highlight some of the relations which exist between agricultural training and technological process in agriculture in the Sudan. The study first describes the agricultural situation in the Sudan, the second part deals with the kinds of training required and the extent of the demand for supervisors and technicians, in a third section the author analyses the educational system's output of supervisors and technicians for agriculture. The supply and demand for such personnel in quantitative and qualitative terms is the subject for the fourth section
