Responsable de l’offre de formation globale de l’IIPE

En tant que responsable de l'offre de formation globale de l'IIPE, elle dirige et coordonne le développement, la mise en œuvre, le suivi et l'évaluation de la globalité des programmes de formation de l'IIPE, sur la base d'une stratégie répondant aux besoins en capacités des États membres.

Tout au long de sa carrière, Beatriz Pont a travaillé sur les politiques éducatives, mais aussi sur les changements de l'éducation en lien avec le leadership des écoles au niveau international. Sous l’égide de la Direction de l'éducation et des compétences de l'OCDE, elle a lancé et dirigé le soutien au changement et à la mise en œuvre de l'éducation dans les pays membres. Elle a également accompagné de nombreux États dans leurs efforts de réforme scolaire. Mme Pont a été le fer de lance d’un observatoire d’analyse sur les réformes de l'éducation : Perspectives de l'éducation. Cet observatoire porte sur le leadership des écoles, l'équité et la qualité dans l'éducation et la formation des adultes. Auparavant, elle était chercheuse au Conseil économique et social du gouvernement espagnol.

Beatriz est titulaire d'un doctorat en sciences politiques de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, d’un master en relations internationales de Columbia University de New York et d'une licence en sciences politiques du Pitzer College de Claremont. Elle est docteure Honoris Causa de la Sheffield Hallam University. Mme Pont enseigne également les politiques d'éducation comparées à l'École d’affaires internationales de Sciences Po, à Paris, et a donné des conférences internationales sur la conduite du changement dans l'éducation.
