Based on an extensive survey on university students, graduates and employers in Botswana, consists of a macro-analysis of the socio-economic and education system and a micro-analysis of the perceptive and experiences of a sample of university students, employed graduates and employers, analyses, how the country meets its needs for high-level manpower, how students are oriented towards the all-important jobs in technology, teaching and public administration, how successful the present education system is and to what to extent it meets the expectations of both students and employers
